At Coconatva, we are committed to delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality coconut products to your doorstep with care.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within India and for select products to Ahmedabad.

2. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery across India.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, delivery is typically completed within 3-4 business days:

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5-6 business days due to weather, traffic, or high order volume.

5. Delivery of Perishable Products

Some of our products (like Fresh Coconut Milk and Gelatos) are perishable and require proper storage.

We recommend:

Refrigerating immediately after delivery

Consuming fresh coconut milk within 2–3 days

Keeping coconut pieces refrigerated for best freshness

6. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt delivery again based on availability. If delivery is not possible due to repeated unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct while placing the order.
Coconatva will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product/package

We will review and provide a suitable resolution.
